The questions we actually get
We're not a tech company. Is this too early for us?
Usually the opposite. The less software you've layered on already, the cleaner the build — there's no legacy integration to fight. If you have an inbox, a spreadsheet and a repetitive process, there's something here.
Are you going to try to replace our staff?
No, and we'd push back if you asked. The work worth automating is the work nobody wanted: the copying, the chasing, the re-keying. Judgment, relationships and the awkward exceptions stay with your people.
What happens to our data?
It stays yours. We work inside your accounts and infrastructure wherever possible, we don't train models on your data, and every integration gets the narrowest access that does the job. We'll put that in writing.
What if it doesn't work?
The audit is deliberately the first step so you find out cheaply. If the honest answer is that automation won't pay for itself in your case, we'll say so in week one — that's a good outcome, just not a lucrative one for us.
Do we get locked into your platform?
There isn't one. We build on standard, well-supported tools and hand over the accounts, code and documentation. If you fire us, everything keeps running.
